Hours
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 5:30pm. Warehouse hours are Monday through Friday, 11am to 4pm.

Minimum Order
The minimum purchase for the first order is $300. (future orders $200).  

Orders
Orders shall be placed through the company website, over the phone, or by Email. We will send a confirmation of your Purchase Order and an invoice to you within 2-3 business days. Once confirmed, the order will be picked and may not be cancelled. 

Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders placed online will be confirmed via email with a preliminary invoice for the items ordered. Forms of payment and shipping charges will be confirmed when items become available. Once items arrive to our warehouse, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided at registration unless otherwise noted.

Payment for pre-order must be pre-paid or pre-authorized to charge at the time of the order. For any preorder add to total over $1000 there is a 20% deposit needed, and will need it on file to confirm your preorder. Once preorder receive, the 20% deposited will be subtract from the order, and will charge the remaining*

Pre-orders are final and non-refundable.

Shipping
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Local Trucking. The shipping cost calculated on our website is the estimated amount. Customers will pay the actual fee for shipping, which will be included on the invoice.

Local Pick-Ups
All local pickups must have a confirmed appointment with your sales rep, otherwise you will be turned away. No same day local pickups, excluding freight. Appointments for pickups need, at minimum, a 24-hour notice in advance. No exceptions! We ask that you arrive on time. If you are running late, you must notify your sales rep. We have the right to refuse any pickups that do not adhere to the scheduled appointment time.

To expedite service, payment by credit card will be processed the morning of the scheduled appointment date regardless of pickup time. Authorization and confirmation will be made with your sales rep. Payment via cash or business check will be accepted at time of appointment.

Payment
Payment will be made at time of purchase, and payment term will be due on receipt. An invoice will be sent to the email address provided in your account. A payment will be charged for your order after your confirmation. We will hold further process of the order until we received your confirmation.

We accept all major credit cards, business checks and wire transfers.

Product Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Net prices included defective allowance discount. Please contact us within (3) days to claim for missing or damage caused by the Carriers.  

We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.

Refused orders and merchandise returned due to customer error are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus both ways freights. Payment received after 10 days from due date will be subject for a $50 fee, or 2% whichever is greater and additional periodic interest charges of up to 1.5% per month.

Damaged Items & Shortages
Upon a shipment’s leaving our warehouse (i.e. upon ReaL4 Trading LLC's delivery to the carrier), risk of loss or damage to products in transit will fall upon you, and ReaL4 Trading, LLC will not be held liable for any damages to the products that occurs in transit, including but not limited to carton or exterior packaging damages.

NOTICE: Do not open item packaging if the damage/defect is viewable while still sealed.

Seller's Permit
A vendor must establish an account by completing the registration process and providing a valid Business Reseller’s Permit to ReaL4 Trading, LLC. ReaL4 Trading, LLC reserves the right to determine whether to activate your account based on the information submitted. All information provided in connection with registration must be accurate.

CARALL Products Policy
If you wish to resell our CARALL Brand products, we require that you fill out and send back our CARALL Brand policy form (which is a MAP agreement and lists sale restrictions). The policy form can be downloaded HERE. Please read, fill out, and send back to info@r4t.us

PLEASE NOTE: We no longer permit the sale of our products via kiosks, flea markets, auction style websites, personal blogshops, mass order websites and home selling. This includes, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Rakuten or any other similar market places.  Doing so will result in immediate termination of your account.
